HALLOWEEN IS NEAR: Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights returns!
Demented fan-favorite, Chance, will step into the spotlight this year as the star of Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights 26 as the annual event’s icon. This year’s surreal world of horror is filled with nine all-new haunted houses, elaborately sinister scare zones and outrageous live shows. Guests will find themselves face-to-face with Chance (in a haunted house and scare zone of her own!) as she struggles with performance vs reality on the journey inside her twisted mind. If you haven’t already seen the video below, let me tell you Chance is truly insane. I don’t know if you’re afraid of clowns, but I sure as hell am. Can you last the evening?
Halloween Horror Nights is an absolute must attend, but parents be wary, this isn’t for children. Like, you may actually need to parent. Universal recommends that no one under the age of 13 attend. Most other theme parks cater only to young kids, and nearly all of them are certainly not-so-scary. Universal knows what to bring with the classics of horror (The Exorcist, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre), but are also keyed in on what’s current in pop culture with properties such as The Walking Dead and American Horror Story that challenge them to inspire nightmares, and thankfully, for the adult crowds (you know, the ones who pay to get in), they are pushing the envelop as they realize we all want to be scared more.
Halloween Horror Nights 26 will run select nights from September 16 to October 31. For more information regarding ticket offers and vacation packages, visit www.HalloweenHorrorNights.com/Orlando. You can try to pass up on this event, but YOU WON’T STAND A CHANCE (get it?!).
